These terms cover your use of the Fuze desktop application and this website. By downloading, installing or using Fuze, you agree to them. If you have any question this doesn't answer, write to x@fuze-app.com.
Fuze is a locally installed production suite for macOS and Windows. It does not include, sell, or resell AI generation credits of any kind. To generate content, you connect your own API keys from third-party providers (such as Fal.ai, Kie.ai, Replicate, Google Cloud or Cloudflare) directly from your machine.
A Fuze license is personal to you (or, for team licenses, assigned per seat within your organisation) and non-transferable. You're responsible for keeping your license credentials confidential and for all activity under your license.
You must have reached the age of legal majority in your country of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement to use Fuze.
Subscriptions are billed and managed through Stripe. You can view invoices, update payment details, or cancel at any time from your customer portal. New subscriptions start with a free trial period; you can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. Once the trial ends and billing begins, charges are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Team and pilot licenses arranged through a demo are billed on the terms agreed at the time.
If you're a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because new subscriptions start with a free trial and no payment is taken until it ends, you can exercise this right simply by cancelling during the trial, at no cost. If you don't cancel and your subscription converts to a paid plan, you're expressly requesting that we start supplying the paid service to you before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that doing so means you lose your right of withdrawal once we've begun supplying it, as permitted under applicable consumer protection law.
Fuze currently supports connecting to Kie.ai, Replicate.com, Fal.ai, Cloudflare and Google Cloud. We may add, remove or change supported providers at any time, and don't guarantee that any given provider will remain available. Fuze is not a party to your relationship with these providers, or any other provider you connect. Your use of their models, the costs you incur, data retention on their servers, and their own terms of service and acceptable use policies are between you and them. We're not responsible for their availability, pricing, output, or policies, and we recommend reviewing each provider's terms before connecting an API key.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Fuze application outside the terms of your license, and not to use Fuze to generate or process content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that infringes someone else's rights. You remain solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.
You own everything you create with Fuze. Fuze retains ownership of the application itself, its code, design, and branding; your license grants you the right to use it, not to own it. Because content is generated by third-party AI models, output may incidentally include material that resembles existing copyrighted or trademarked work, such as a known character, logo, or brand. Owning what you create doesn't give you any rights over such third-party material it may contain, and you're responsible for making sure your use of generated content doesn't infringe someone else's rights before publishing or distributing it.
Fuze is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including loss of data, profits, or business, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. We may suspend or terminate a license in cases of abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms. You can stop using Fuze and cancel your subscription at any time.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right isn't a waiver of it. You can't assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them, including as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers we depend on.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute not resolved directly with us will be subject to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
